Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to join our team. As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing inventory, assisting with shipping and receiving, and performing various technical tasks within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in an organized manner
  • Prepare orders for shipment by pulling items from inventory, packing them securely, and labeling packages
  • Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Assist with the assembly of products or components as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
  • Operate precision measuring instruments to verify product specifications
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment or machinery as necessary
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Skills:
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to analyze technical issues
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical components, and high voltage equipment
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
  • Experience with precision measuring instruments and industrial mechanics
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in inventory management
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
