Maintenance Technician Pay:

$30.00

•38.20/hour, depending on experience

Shifts:

2nd & 3rd

Shift Shift Differential:

2nd Shift

•2% | 3rd Shift

Full-Time Position Overview Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery and automated equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong multi-craft background with hands-on experience in PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, stamping equipment, robotics, and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting . Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems Diagnose issues with PLC-controlled production equipment Maintain and troubleshoot industrial robotics and automated equipment Perform maintenance and repairs on stamping equipment and production machinery Complete preventive and corrective maintenance Troubleshoot complex machine failures and identify root causes Read and interpret electrical schematics, prints, work instructions, and equipment documentation Repair and replace motors, sensors, switches, valves, cylinders, and other machine components Support production by responding to equipment breakdowns and minimizing downtime Perform equipment adjustments and repairs as necessary Identify and implement corrective actions for recurring maintenance issues Follow all plant, safety, environmental, and LOTO procedures Maintain excellent attendance and reliability Provide your own tools Overtime as required Qualifications 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience High school diploma or GED Hands-on experience with PLCs Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Experience maintaining stamping equipment Experience with industrial robotics Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability Ability to troubleshoot electrical/electronic equipment Ability to read and follow technical work instructions and schematics Ability to diagnose problems involving multiple variables Ability to perform mathematical calculations using algebra and trigonometry Journeyman maintenance certification is preferred but not required Benefits & Perks $31.55
