Job Title:

Maintenance Technician Job Description As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing reactionary, preventative, and facility maintenance throughout the plant. You will support Plant 2, which focuses on injection molding plastic processes. You will repair machinery such as injection mold equipment, Fanuc robots, conveyor systems, and more. While prior injection molding experience is not required, comfort in that environment is essential. Responsibilities Perform reactionary and preventative maintenance. Support facility maintenance throughout the plant. Repair machinery including injection mold equipment, Fanuc robots, and conveyor systems. Read schematics and blueprints for troubleshooting. Perform welding and fabrication as needed. Conduct PLC troubleshooting and maintain servo drives. Utilize mechanical skills with hydraulics and pneumatics. Essential Skills Experience in hydraulics, PLC troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical maintenance. Comfortable with pneumatics and hydraulics. Ability to perform maintenance repairs and electrical maintenance, including 3-phase systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications Tier 2: At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, ability to read schematics, and experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems. PLC troubleshooting and welding skills. Experience using a voltmeter is beneficial. Tier 3: 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, experience with Fanuc robotics and controls including PLC and vision systems. Work Environment The facility operates traditional Monday through Friday shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM, with openings on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $49920.00

• $67600.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
