Job Description

Job Overview Patriot Garage Door provides garage door installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial customers throughout Massachusetts. We offer a positive, supportive, and rewarding work environment where reliability, teamwork, and quality work are valued. No prior garage door experience is required—we provide on-the-job training. We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn and build their skills. Benefits & Earning Potential On-the-job training, with no prior experience required. Sales commissions and bonuses with the potential to double your base pay, depending on sales results and performance. Earnings are not guaranteed. Additional performance incentives that reward strong customer service, professionalism, and responsible work habits. A supportive team environment with opportunities to learn and grow. Duties & Requirements Learn to install, repair, and maintain garage doors, openers, and related components. Communicate professionally with customers, explain service options, and provide honest recommendations. Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record. Be willing to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process, in accordance with applicable law. Be able to safely lift and move heavy tools and equipment, climb ladders, and perform the physical duties of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. Arrive on time, clean, well-presented, and ready to work. Take responsibility for your work, company tools, equipment, and vehicles. Work well with teammates and communicate clearly with the office. Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized. Travel to customer locations throughout Massachusetts.
Pay:
$30.00 - $57.00 per hour Expected hours: 7.0 - 10.0 per week
