We are growing, and we need dependable people to help keep our homes in great shape for our residents. Job Summary We are hiring an experienced, on-call handyman to handle repairs and maintenance across our homes in and around Webster, MA. This is a flexible, part-time role for someone who is reliable and skilled across a range of trades and can respond when we need them. You will help keep our facilities safe, functional, and welcoming. Responsibilities Respond to on-call maintenance requests, including general repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and minor HVAC issues Perform routine upkeep and small installations across multiple homes Handle painting and general repair projects to keep homes in good condition Spot maintenance needs and safety issues during visits Complete work reliably and communicate clearly on scheduling Requirements Experienced handyman with a proven track record of quality work Owns a reliable pickup truck Available on call and willing to travel up to about 45 minutes from our office Able to commit to roughly 10 to 20 hours per week Dependable, self-directed, and a good communicator Pay $25 to $30 per hour, based on experience.
