LARGE COMPANY IN WEST BRIDGEWATER MA IS LOOKING FOR 2 MAINTENANCE MECHANICS. MUST HAVE MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL EXPERIENCE. PAYS
$24-$30 HOURLY (DOE)
SHIFT:
6am-6pm or 6PM-6AM Maintenance Technician - (12-Hour Schedule) Night shift differentials:
Mon-Fri:
+$2.00/hour
Sat-Sun:
+$3.00/hour Weekly pay Guaranteed overtime every other week Schedule Night shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM 12-hour shifts 2-2-3 rotating schedule (every other weekend required) Approximately 15 working days per month 3-day work week ? 34 hours 4-day work week ? 46 hours Work week runs Sunday-Saturday Pay issued weekly on Thursdays Training Schedule Required training on 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Training duration is up to 90 days , or sooner if proficiency is demonstrated Interview Availability Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (hard stop at 3:00 PM) Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for safely supporting the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. This role includes performing inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on production equipment, machinery, and building systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines and equipment Conduct preventive maintenance per schedule Assist with product changeovers as required Perform general building and facility maintenance Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Identify and report extended repairs or required spare parts to lead or supervisor Complete all required maintenance documentation accurately and timely Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions Required Qualifications Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills General maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems Electrical background preferred PLC knowledge a plus Camera system setup knowledge a plus Heat sealing process knowledge a plus Ability to work nights, weekends, and rotating schedules Tools & Training All tools and tool cart provided On-the-job training and documented work instructions provided Benefits Package Weekly pay Guaranteed overtime every other week Paid holidays Medical, Dental, Vision, and Pet insurance 401(k) with 3% company match + 0.5% match up to 5%
Vacation:
