This position is for a Maintenance Technician at a residential property located in Aspen Hill , MD. Candidate is expected to maintain a high-quality customer service and high satisfaction expierence among residents and prospects. To respond promptly and courteously to all residents.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Shift:

8:30am to 5:00pm

Pay:

$25.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Perform administrative work each morning (30 minutes) as assigned by the PM including but not limited to prescribed online training, reviewing updates, reviewing messages from the executive team/ownership, scheduling vendors, ordering parts, participating in "Team Meetings" etc. Communication and compliance with PMs, MSs, RPMs, RMMs, and Property Support Center is mandatory. Your supervisor will provide undisturbed computer time. Ensure all service requests and repairs are made correctly and promptly using the company's mobile Maintenance app. Assist with turnover operations as required. Including but not limited to scheduling, punching, painting, and cleaning within five business days of move-out. Maintaining an effective preventative maintenance program. Prepare for Owner, Federal, State, and local inspections. Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for a safe, clean environment. Trash collections and light cleaning.

Qualifications:

1 year prior apartment or home repair maintenance experience Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Minimum High School diploma/GED required Strong time management, problem solving, communication, and customer service skills to interact with internal and external customers Must work well independently as well as in a team
