Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual with one or more skills in our multiple business operation. This role involves hands-on work
• asphalt coatings, Lot Maintenance and striping.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results to every customer. Responsibilities Prepare and coat surfaces for epoxy, paint, or asphalt sealcoating applications. Mix and apply coating materials according to manufacturer and company specifications. Operate and maintain application tools, sprayers, grinders, and other coating equipment. Ensure all work areas are kept clean, safe, and organized. Follow safety protocols and company standards on every job site. Assist with striping, stenciling, and repair work as needed. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers. Perform job site setup, teardown, and cleanup. Represent Veteran Service Brands professionally and courteously at all times. Qualifications experience in asphalt coating preferred (training provided for the right candidate). Knowledge of surface prep techniques, material handling, and mixing procedures. ✅️Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. ✅️Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions. ✅️Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required. ✅️ must be able to pass a background check ✅️Occasional weekend work required ✅️Night shift as needed ✅️Occasional out-of-town work
