Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and skilled Construction Laborers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment. The Pool Builder/Installer is responsible for constructing, installing, and finishing in-ground pools (vinyl, fiberglass, and gunite) and associated hardscape features. Duties Perform concrete finishing tasks, including smoothing and shaping surfaces for durability and aesthetics. Interpret construction plans, layouts, and site specifications Perform excavation, grading, and formwork for pool installations Install plumbing, rebar, skimmers, lights, returns, and drains Set and level fiberglass and vinyl liner pools Assist with shotcrete/gunite Pour and finish concrete for pool decks and coping Maintain clean and safe job sites Collaborate with foremen, subcontractors, and crew to meet project deadlines Troubleshoot on-site construction issues Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as needed on job sites. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. 2+ years of experience in pool construction or general outdoor construction Knowledge of pool plumbing, structural framing, and concrete work Ability to operate construction equipment (e.g., skid steers, excavators) is a plus Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to job sites Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
