Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM HireOne Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic property maintenance team! Complete apartment turns to prepare units for new residents in a timely manner Perform preventative maintenance on property systems and equipment Respond to and resolve maintenance requests through the property's ticketing system Diagnose and repair general maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and addressing concerns Support and guide other maintenance staff or contractors as needed Maintain accurate records of completed work and service requests Prioritize and manage multiple maintenance tickets and tasks simultaneously

Position Requirements:

Hard skills: 2+ years of residential/apartment maintenance experience; experience with apartment turns and preventative maintenance; comfortable using a ticket/work order management system Soft skills: Strong customer service skills; excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities; leadership skills to guide and support team members; reliable and detail-oriented
