Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician ensures that the plant maintains production following all OSHA policies working in a safe manner. Maintenance is responsible for facilities inside and outside of the plant, shipping and receiving and production areas.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm, and on Wednesday, 1:30pm to 10:00pm
Shift Differential:
$0.85/Per HourThis position is also eligible for a bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.

Accountable for the necessary maintenance duties to install, troubleshoot, repairMaintain production and facility equipment according to safety and production maintenance systemsThis can include dryers, chillers, thermos oxidizer, HVAC, fire pump, mixers, mills, all filling line equipment, conveyors, wrappers, tanks, motors, pumps, tank washer, tank tipper, dock maintenance, building maintenanceProcesses to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives. and any other item required by managementChecks and refills lubricant reservoirs, applies grease to lubricant points, inspects machinery while performing scheduled preventative maintenanceOperates shop tools, equipment, and as many machines related to maintenance as skill level will permitAble to make repairs and adjustments to machinery and assist in dismantling all or parts of machinery to repair or replace defective componentsAssists in electrical projects and performs minor electrical repairsUnderstands basic electrical and pneumatic diagrams, familiar with 12 VDC to 480 VAC electrical wiring or circuits and capable of diagnosing 115 VAC control circuitryAssists in pipe fitting tasks and able to perform some installation tasks unassistedPerforms certain portions of repairs to power industrial equipment, assists in rebuilding of related equipmentMaintains and services a range of building equipment such as HVAC, lighting, water and sewer, etc.
