What You'll Get To Do:
Reporting to our Maintenance Manager, this is an on-site, non-exempt position. The organized, self-motivated, individual in this position is responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment such as Robots, conveyor systems, and production machines/equipment. Troubleshoots and repairs production machinery/equipment such as robots, conveyor systems, thermoforming machines, extruders, auxiliary equipment , racking systems, etc. Adjusts functional parts of devices and control systems/instruments Repairs and/or replaces defective parts Installs special functional and structural parts in devices/machines Work in a fast paced environment
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
High school diploma or GED (industrial maintenance and/or mechatronics certificate a plus) 3 or more years mechanical maintenance experience in a production environment maintaining production equipment (thermoforming experience preferred) Understands and can diagnose issues using electrical prints Has the ability to troubleshoot PLC issues Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude Excellent communication skills Strong electromechanical background
