Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance department supporting the Main Street Plant. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

$19-21/hr plus $2/hr shift premium for nights if applicable.

Shift:

7:00am-7:00pm OR 7:00pm-7:00am / Schedule is 2 days on, 2 days off with rotating weekends. What's the Job? Perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and fabrication work across various plant areas Maintain electrical systems, plumbing, and heating/refrigeration equipment Repair and service forklifts, batteries, and related machinery Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment and plant infrastructure Generate, update, and close out work orders efficiently and accurately What's Needed? High School diploma or equivalent Proficiency in basic math, reading, and writing skills Experience with common hand tools and power tools, following OSHA safety guidelines Ability to operate, repair, and maintain machinery safely Ability to carry 50 lbs, ability to work from elevated surfaces including ladders or platforms, 20-20 vision (may use corrective lenses), and ability to see/differentiate all primary colors What's in it for me?
