POSITION OVERVIEW
The Floor Technician is primarily responsible to perform the day-to-day activities of the Environmental Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility. Key Responsibilities Cleaning floors to include, sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etc. Ensuring that proper safety signs are set up prior to performing floor cleaning activities Clean carpets, to include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting. Clean walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing, etc. Qualifications High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
