The position conducts equipment inspections, maintains quality and maintenance documentation, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards. The ideal candidate is a dependable and hands-on problem solver who demonstrates strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, accountability, communication, and teamwork skills, while effectively prioritizing work, leading by example, and providing guidance and support to fellow Maintenance Technicians. Make sure to put The pay range for this role is $29.50/hr to $35.50/hr depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Requirements:
Associate degree in a technical field preferred, or a minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous manufacturing maintenance experience preferred, with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, machining, plumbing, and building maintenance systems. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical controls, wiring issues, and 110V, 208V, and 480V single-phase and three-phase circuits. Proficiency in reading and interpreting maintenance manuals, blueprints, work instructions, electrical schematics, and pneumatic diagrams. Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and computer systems to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and documentation activities. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
