+ Leads is looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance

+ Repair Technician to help keep our facility safe, functional, and looking its best. If you're the person who can fix a broken gate, hang a shelf, troubleshoot a washer, patch a wall, or figure out why something isn't working, we'd love to hear from you. And yes—you'll be working around a lot of dogs. What You'll Do Complete general maintenance and repairs throughout our facility Repair doors, gates, fencing, crates, and play equipment Handle basic carpentry, painting, patching, and caulking Assemble furniture, equipment, and other facility items Troubleshoot minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues Complete preventative maintenance and weekly facility tasks Identify problems and help determine the best repair solution Work independently while coordinating with staff as needed What We're Looking For General maintenance or handyman experience Basic carpentry and power tool skills Comfortable troubleshooting and figuring things out Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Able to safely use ladders and work at varying heights Comfortable working around dogs of all sizes and breeds Plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or additional trade experience is a plus Truck or hauling capabilities are helpful, but not required Schedule +

Pay Part-time:

Approximately 25 hours per week

Pay:

Starting at $24/hour Hours are flexible between 7:00 AM-8:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Occasional weekend or emergency work may be requested.

Pay:

From $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
