Seeking a Two Person Maintenance & Caretaker Team (live on-site) for our apartments in Excelsior.

Compensation:

Full Rent Credit for a 2 bedroom Apartment and $30 per hour for turnover apartment cleaning. We are hiring an on-site Maintenance & Caretaker Team for our Apartment building in downtown Excelsior. This is a live on-site, part time opportunity that requires a flexible schedule for end of the month turnovers (9-12 per year - mostly in the summer) and the ability to handle unpredictable maintenance requests. Previous maintenance or apartment management experience is recommended. This is a perfect fit for a two person team that has a flexible schedule and motivation to manage the upkeep of a well maintained apartment building and provide great customer service to our residents. There is no rent collection or other paperwork as Management handles those duties. Two applicants are required so that they can better handle the unpredictability of the job.

Responsibilities Include:

Handling light maintenance in apartments, most are plumbing related Cleaning and maintaining common areas Mowing and shoveling, grounds upkeep Cleaning and preparing vacated apartments for re-rental Showing available apartments Assist vendors for apartment or mechanical room access Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules Perform other duties assigned Must be responsive, reliable, and flexible Please email resumes for Both applicants and include a cover letter introducing yourselves and include a description of your job qualifications that are relevant to this position and include how those qualifications would make you a great fit to handle maintenance and caretaking of our building.
