Job Title:
Punch Technician We are in search of an experienced Maintenance Make Ready Technician to join our award winning team at Avalon Apartment Homes in Starkville, MS. Daily duties will include but not limited to: Trash out recently vacated apartments Change bulbs, locks Must be able to install appliances Repair general punch items Exterior/ Interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair Lift 40-50 lbs. Perform painting, pressure washing, blow breezeways and parking lots We offer a fun work and team environment, a great company culture, and competitive pay and benefits. Come join us!
