Job Description

Maintenance Person Duties:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems.
Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or installations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

Experience:

Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus.
Strong leadership skills to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities.
Ability to fabricate or repair parts as needed.
