Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for our beautiful property located in Greenville, NC, The Heritage at Arlington. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in the apartment home maintenance field, a solid employment work history and the interest in building a successful team environment. The following skills are necessary for the position.

Understanding of the apartment industry
Tasks and repairs inherent to the turnover and general maintenance process
Experience in Plumbing
HVAC Certification or 1 year working knowledge
Reliable transportation Tools will be provided and a competitive salary and benefits package are available for the ideal candidate.
