We are currently seeking a Floor Technician (Floor Tech) to join our team of dedicated health care professionals.

Responsibilities include:

Taking out the trash Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing various floor surfaces Stripping and waxing qualifying floor surfaces. Cross training in Housekeeping and Laundry should the need to float arise. Assist with room moves of residents. Assist with discharge cleaning of residents' rooms, which would include boxing of items and moving furniture. Other duties as assigned by the Environmental Services Director Minimal maintenance responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

1 year of experience (preferred) Customer service oriented, ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment, with strong attention to detail. Ability to work with minimal supervision, critical thinking skills, flexibility, and dependability.
