This position performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance while responding to equipment and facility issues that could impact operations. The Facilities Maintenance Associate will also support improvement projects, coordinate with contractors, and help maintain a safe, professional work environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day facility and equipment repairs to support continuous production operations. Complete preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on utility systems, building systems, and production equipment. Respond to equipment breakdowns, facility emergencies, and production downtime situations in a timely manner. Support facility improvement and capital projects, including coordinating contractors and assisting with equipment or workspace installations. Qualifications and Requirements:

Knowledge of facility and utility systems including electrical, HVAC, water, sewer, and natural gas systems.
