ROLE OVERVIEW

To perform necessary maintenance on Ready Mix Plants throughout North Dakota. Overnight travel is required.

DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES

(summary of components that make up the job) Oversees the maintenance of all Ready Mix plant and equipment including the setup of new or temporary plant operations.\nPlans and coordinates schedule of preventative maintenance.\nMaintains inventory of parts and equipment and requisitions replacement stock.\nEstimates costs of personnel, parts and supplies to be used during maintenance.\nTo keep equipment running and maintained properly to maximize production and quality.\nCommunicate effectively (verbal, listening, written); Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer relations & act courteous/respectful of others.\nTroubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.).\nEnsure MSHA, OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance, Lockout/Tagout procedures.\nBack-up plant operator and performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

(minimum educational, experience, or other relevant job requirements) High School or GED plus higher trade or technical school or equivalent in related field\n5+ years mechanical and electrical experience\nAbility to provide and maintain proper licensure, medical card and acceptable driving record.
