Not specified Maintenance Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and maintain manufacturing and facility equipment. Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical systems. Repair and maintain motors, conveyor systems, mixers, packaging equipment, and production machinery. Install and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, motors, switches, and related electrical equipment. Perform plumbing, piping, boiler, welding, fabrication, and building maintenance work as needed. Maintain maintenance inventories, tools, records, and work order documentation. Support facility upkeep, safety initiatives, and special projects assigned by management. Maintenance Requirements High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in general repairs within a manufacturing environment particularly with automation/packaging equipment Experience in at least two of the following trades: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, or machining. Working knowledge of 480V 3-phase power, logic controllers, motor starters, and VFDs. Experience working with FIIX maintenance software. Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English. Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and machinery. Ability to work in hot/cold environments and stand for up to 12 hours per day. Flexibility to work any shift and overtime as required. May be required to pass a proficiency test covering reading comprehension and math.
