Mickleton, NJ About Us S&L Cold Storage, Inc. is a state-of-the-art cold storage, repack, and ripening facility in Mickleton, NJ. We keep fresh produce moving, and our Maintenance team keeps us moving. What You'll Do Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on facility equipment, including refrigeration systems, ripening rooms, material handling equipment, conveyors, and dock equipment Lead complex repairs and serve as a technical resource for Maintenance Technicians I and II Support the preventive maintenance program and maintain accurate work order documentation Partner with the Maintenance Manager on projects, contractor coordination, and parts needs Uphold food safety, GMP, and workplace safety standards at all times What You'll Bring 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (cold storage, food manufacturing, or distribution preferred) Strong electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration troubleshooting skills High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or technical certification in a mechanical, electrical, or industrial discipline strongly preferred. 4+ years of maintenance or manufacturing experience, including demonstrated expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial systems. Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or senior technical capacity; experience with PLC systems required. Well-rounded knowledge of maintenance practices, tools, equipment, and materials used in the Maintenance Technician trade. Experience developing and managing PM programs and working with CMMS platforms. Pay:

$22.37 - $34.67 per hour
