40072 Key Responsibilities & Details We are seeking a Maintenance Tech to become a part of our team in Passaic! You will perform necessary work to make apartments move-in ready and work orders. The property is an 80 unit affordable housing building and is looking to add a Maintenance Assistant to their team

PART-TIME HOURS

Mon, Wed, Fri 8:30am - 2pm

Responsibilities:

Light Plumbing (leaky faucets, snaking drains, installing new toilets, caulking) Light Electrical (changing fixtures, switches)

Painting Drywall Patching Clean Up Qualifications:
