Responsible and reliable person to maintain the buildings and grounds of an oceanfront high-rise. Candidate must be observant of the general condition of the buildings and grounds, reporting concerns to supervisor. Qualified Candidate must have the ability to use hand tools, machinery and motorized equipment while working with minimal supervision. Must have adequate communication skills both verbal and written. Must have the ability to receive work requested and answer requests via smart phone. Must be willing to work from ladders, scaffolding and roof area. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted. Prior knowledge property management and hospitality atmosphere for and upscale seasonal resort with year round work. Able to demonstrate knowledge of minor masonry repairs, painting, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool mechanics. Reliable transportation for On-call Emergency Service rotation with quick response required. Contractors and self employed business owners need not apply.
