Job Description

Maintenance Technician (Full-Time) We are seeking a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys hands-on work, can troubleshoot maintenance issues, and is comfortable working independently while providing excellent service to residents. Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM Every other week on-call rotation required Responsibilities Complete maintenance service requests in occupied and vacant apartments.
Perform repairs including plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, painting, and general maintenance. Prepare apartments for new move-ins, including painting and cleaning as needed. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Drive a company vehicle. Respond to emergency maintenance calls during scheduled on-call weeks. Frequent local travel is required for this role

Ability to safely operate hand and power tools. Ability to lift heavy objects and remain on your feet throughout the workday. Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
