Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman/Laborer to join our team for residential home improvement projects. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and construction tasks for numerous job sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with residential repair work and be capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Perform day-to-day residential home improvement labor tasks, including repairs, maintenance, and installations. Assist with construction duties such as demo, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tiling, flooring, etc. Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing tools and materials before starting projects. Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand project requirements and complete tasks to satisfaction. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Complete assigned projects within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards. Experience Prior experience in residential home improvement or construction is preferred. Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in various environments. Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail is a must. Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork. Must have driver's license, van provided. Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
