Morey's Resorts is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Hotel Maintenance Technician . Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, hotel upkeep tasks such as: performing minor fixes including repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, and replacing lightbulbs; installing appliances and equipment; performing cleaning activities; landscaping and upkeep of plants and hotel grounds; collecting trash and recycling; and opening, maintaining, and closing the hotel's pool. Candidates must possess the following qualities: prior maintenance experience; proficient in using hand and electrical tools; high school diploma or equivalent; team oriented; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; physical stamina and dexterity including ability to push, pull or lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk up to 12 hours at a time; valid driver's license with clean record preferred. Hotel experience is a plus. This position is a full-time, benefitted, year-round role based in one of our Wildwood, NJ hotels offering a competitive hourly wage ($24-$30) & benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other perks.
