Morey's Piers, a leading family recreation destination in Southern New Jersey, is seeking Attractions Maintenance Technicians with 4+ Years Experience to join our Team. This fast-paced environment provides individuals the opportunity to assist in the overall maintenance and repair of assigned rides, games, water parks, and support equipment. The position requires attention to detail in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining our amusement equipment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing daily inspections and all other preventative maintenance inspections for assigned equipment. Strong attention to detail is essential for success in this role. Candidates should possess the following qualities: Strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot problems. Experience diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical systems. Ability to complete tasks using a computer or tablet. Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems preferred. Understanding of industrial maintenance and safety. Ability to read & interpret blueprints & schematics. Ability to work independently & in a team environment. Ability to balance multiple priorities & maintain confidentiality. High school diploma or equivalent. 4+ years' experience in an industrial maintenance environment. Physical requirements include working at heights of up to 50'; lifting equipment and other items up to 50lbs., unassisted; able to climb stairs and work at varied elevations including rooftops; able to perform physical work including standing, walking, crawling, pushing, bending, and stooping; able to work in varying weather (rain, wind, cold temperatures, direct sunlight or high heat and humidity). This is a full time, benefitted role in Wildwood, NJ offering a competitive hourly rate ($25-$32) and benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other perks.
