Facilities Maintenance Technician Radwell International LLC | Facilities Operations Full-Time | Hourly |
On-site Schedule:
Monday-Friday - 10:30am-7:30pm 1 Millenium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046 Summary Radwell International is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the safe operation, maintenance, and reliability of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure across our facility. This role is responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and facility improvement projects while ensuring compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on facility performance, employee safety, and operational efficiency while working in a dynamic and growing environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot facility-related issues to minimize downtime
  • Install, replace, and repair building equipment, fixtures, and infrastructure components as required
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, inspections, and service schedules
  • Support facility improvement projects including renovations, upgrades, and safety initiatives
  • Monitor building systems to ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and applicable regulations
  • Coordinate maintenance work with vendors, contractors, and internal departments
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance tools, parts, and supplies and coordinate replenishment when needed
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards
  • Respond to facility emergencies including power outages, equipment failures, and critical maintenance issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve facility reliability, performance, and safety
  • Support additional facility and operational projects as assigned What We Are Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with building systems maintenance and repair
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe work practices
  • Experience working within regulated environments is a plus
  • Ability to coordinate projects and vendor activities effectively
  • Proficiency with maintenance documentation and recordkeeping processes
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong technical capabilities Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma required
  • Associate degree, vocational training, or technical certification in Construction, Engineering, Facilities Maintenance, HVAC, Electrical Technology, or a related field preferred
  • 1-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, technical maintenance, or related roles
  • Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered
  • Experience with facility safety programs and preventative maintenance systems preferred Compensation & Bonus The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $25 to $32 per hour.
Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, leadership background, and relevant education or training. This role is eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual, team, and company performance. Radwell Benefits

  • Additional voluntary benefits available to full-time employees Work Schedule This is a full-time hourly position scheduled Monday through Friday 10:30am to 7:30pm.
Employees are expected to maintain reliable attendance and adhere to company scheduling and attendance policies. Overtime, weekend work, and schedule adjustments may be required based on facility projects, operational requirements, or emergency situations. This role also requires on-call availability for facility emergencies as needed. Work Environment This position operates within office, warehouse, building, and grounds maintenance environments. Responsibilities include working indoors and outdoors, climbing ladders, accessing elevated locations, walking on raised catwalks, and performing physical maintenance activities. Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting, and use of maintenance tools and equipment are required. Travel of up to 10% between company locations may be required.
