General Purpose:

Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on all mechanical systems at the plant including utility systems, process systems, and waste handling systems.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete SAP reporting Operate, troubleshoot, and repair plant systems according to DFA procedures Perform required preventative maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and filter changes according to DFA maintenance procedures Participate in plant projects and expansions Follow safety, GMP, HACCP, and all other plant policies and procedures Attend scheduled training sessions Provide communication to all support team members by following proper escalation procedures Back fill team member absences with overtime as required Demonstrate success in tool ownership in a 24 x 7 manufacturing environment Work within budget, while completing timely repairs Perform root cause analysis Maintain repairs within departmental budget The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
