Responsibilities Complete general maintenance and repair work at residential properties Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues Perform drywall repair, painting, caulking, and general carpentry Complete minor fixture, door, lock, and hardware repairs/replacements Assist with apartment turnovers and preparing units for new tenants Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a professional manner Identify larger maintenance issues and communicate recommended repairs Coordinate with property management staff regarding work orders and completed projects Maintain clean and organized work areas at occupied properties Assist with larger renovation and value-add projects when needed Qualifications Previous maintenance, construction, handyman, or property-related experience preferred Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and general repairs Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Dependable, punctual, and professional when interacting with tenants Ability to use common hand and power tools Ability to manage multiple work orders and communicate progress effectively Schedule Part-Time Hours may vary depending on maintenance volume and project needs.
