The ideal candidate is a skilled, dependable professional with extensive experience in exterior residential construction: carpentry, framing, siding, roofing, windows, and doors. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining a safe and efficient job site. Compensation - Competitive based upon your experience in the field. Responsibilities:
Install and repair residential siding Install and replace asphalt shingle, metal, epdm or mod-bit roofing systems. Install replacement and new construction windows and exterior entry doors. Carpentry, framing as needed Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately to manufacturer specifications. Perform exterior trim, flashing, weatherproofing, and finishing work. Diagnose and resolve installation issues in the field. Ensure all work meets building codes, manufacturer requirements, and company quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate professionally with homeowners, supervisors, and team members. Load, unload, and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles if applicable.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in residential exterior remodeling or construction. Proven experience with siding, roofing, window, and door installation. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Valid driver's license with clean driving record (REQUIRED) Ability to lift 75 pounds and work at heights on ladders, scaffolding, harnesses etc. OSHA-10 certification is a plus but we can provide training
