Requirements The ideal Maintenance Technician will play a key role in keeping production running smoothly by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines and related manufacturing equipment. This position supports daily operations by ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and contributing to a safe, efficient work environment. Requirements Repair and/or replace machine parts daily while maintaining proper fluids and cleanliness of machinery Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge Repair of CNC controls, drives, motors, and mechanical assemblies Possess the ability to change spindles, electronic boards, and all phases of maintenance Experience with Fanuc controls is a plus Preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance Basic maintenance tasks throughout the facility High School diploma required Associate degree highly desirable (Electrical/Mechanical) 3 years minimum CNC machine maintenance required CNC, PLC and servo drive experience required Enjoy working in a team environment as well as independently with little supervision Must be a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Benefits Retirement 401k with company matching Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO), Sick pay, Vacation pay
