Position Overview As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you'll play an important role in maintaining commercial properties for our clients. While the primary responsibilities focus on professional commercial cleaning, opportunities may arise to assist with additional facility services as needed. No previous experience is required—we're willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Perform routine commercial cleaning of offices, medical facilities, schools, and other commercial properties. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and common areas. Clean and disinfect restrooms, locker rooms, kitchens, and break rooms. Empty trash and recycling containers. Dust furniture, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces. Clean windows, mirrors, and glass as assigned. Restock restroom and janitorial supplies. Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards. Follow company cleaning procedures and safety standards. Occasionally assist with additional facility maintenance projects as needed. Qualifications Dependable and punctual. Strong attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
