This position is ideal for candidates who live in Rockland County NY or Bergen County NJ and are looking for a stable local job with an easy commute to Nanuet. You will respond to guest room maintenance requests, perform routine repairs, and help maintain the hotel's guest rooms and public areas to Hilton brand standards. We are looking for a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in fixing things and providing excellent service to our guests. PM Evening Shift:

1:00 PM

• 9:00 PM Full-time preferred. Part-time candidates will also be considered. Weekdays and weekends as needed. Pay $18
• $22 per hour Based on experience.

Candidates currently working in apartment maintenance, building maintenance, or handyman services in Rockland or Bergen County are strongly encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Respond quickly to guest room maintenance requests Troubleshoot and repair issues involving: plumbing leaks or clogs lighting and electrical fixtures thermostats and HVAC units doors, locks, and furniture drywall and paint repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain public areas including: hallways lobby elevators exterior lighting Deliver guest items such as: rollaway beds cribs extra bedding packages Assist with event setup when needed Maintain organized tools and work areas Providing excellent guest service is an essential part of this role. Skills We're Looking For Experience in several of the following areas preferred: handyman repairs building or apartment maintenance plumbing repairs minor electrical work carpentry or furniture repair drywall repair and painting HVAC troubleshooting Hotel maintenance experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.

Physical Requirements This job involves:

lifting up to 50 lbs bending and kneeling climbing ladders moving furniture and equipment Qualifications English communication skills reliable transportation to Nanuet NY ability to work independently experience using hand and power tools Experience in hotel maintenance, apartment maintenance, or facilities maintenance is a plus.
