Job Description

Ellicott Development is searching for

JACK OF ALL TRADES

person for maintenance performed on commercial properties both inside and outside throughout Olean, New York. Person would be responsible for a variety of work including general repairs to existing properties and remodeling existing properties which could include demo, framing, drywall finishing. Must have prior snowplow experience and prefer roof experience. Can apply in person at Olean 2020, LLC, Blue Bird Square building, One Blue Bird Square, 175 N. Union St., Olean, NY or send resume.
