Job Description

Facilities Maintenance We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Person who is an independent hands-on problem-solver who keeps things running smoothly & takes pride in maintaining a clean & safe environment. Must have

AVAILABILITY

to work Day Time Hours with Ability to work Evenings & Weekends when needed.

What You'll Do:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry & pool. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential repairs. Respond to maintenance requests from staff and guests in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations across properties. Collaborate with hotel teams to maintain a welcoming and functional environment.

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in maintenance, facilities, or a similar role. Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical work, plumbing, and basic carpentry. Ability to work independently and manage tasks across multiple locations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Availability for on-call and weekend shifts as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
