We specialize in professional floor cleaning and restoration, carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and detailed commercial cleaning. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Floor Care Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can be trusted to deliver consistent results at our customers' facilities.

Part-Time Schedule:

Primarily evening and overnight work Responsibilities Perform professional cleaning and maintenance of VCT, LVT, tile, concrete, and carpeted flooring Scrub and recoat VCT floors Strip and refinish floors as needed Deep clean tile and grout using professional equipment Perform carpet cleaning and extraction Operate floor machines, autoscrubbers, CRB machines, wet vacuums, carpet extractors, and other commercial cleaning equipment Move lightweight equipment, displays, mats, and other items to properly clean floor areas Detail edges, corners, baseboards, and other areas that machines cannot reach Apply floor finish and other floor-care products according to company procedures Set up and maintain wet-floor signs and a safe work area Properly clean and maintain equipment after each day Follow chemical dilution, equipment, and safety procedures Complete assigned jobs according to company quality standards Report damage, maintenance concerns, or unusual conditions found at customer locations Take before-and-after photos and complete required job documentation Communicate professionally with customers, store managers, and other team members Assist with other commercial cleaning duties when needed What We're Looking For Dependable and able to consistently show up on time Comfortable working evenings and overnight hours Strong attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a crew Willing to learn professional floor-care techniques Able to follow procedures and checklists Comfortable working around commercial cleaning chemicals and equipment Able to lift approximately 50 lbs. and perform physical work for extended periods Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional attitude and appearance Experience Previous floor-care, janitorial, carpet-cleaning, or commercial-cleaning experience is preferred but not required . We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
