Must Haves:

Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Tech / Handy Man to support one of our facility services clients at a Mall in Valley Stream, NY. This role involves a wide range of general building maintenance tasks, including plumbing, light electrical work, drywall installation, painting, and tile replacement. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial doors (including ADA automatic doors), patching roof damage, and troubleshooting restroom fixtures such as automatic sinks and soap dispensers. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity and requires on-site presence 5 days a week (Friday to Tuesday, 2pm-10:30pm).

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
