What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician , you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the reliability, safety, and performance of plant equipment, machinery, and processing systems while supporting food safety and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment to maximize plant reliability and efficiency. Performing preventive maintenance, welding, fabrication, equipment installation, and equipment testing to ensure safe and effective operation. Supporting food safety, GMP, OSHA, HACCP, and FSMA requirements while maintaining an audit-ready facility and clean work environment. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent and a 2-year degree or educational equivalent in a technical or industrial field such as electronics, mechatronics, mechanics, welding, automation, or a related field. Preferred minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in flour milling, food processing, or a related manufacturing environment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, welding and fabrication experience, valid driver's license, computer proficiency, and the ability to operate lifts, hoists, and overhead cranes.
