Job Summary The Maintenance Technician maintains the safety and functionality of machines, equipment, building and grounds to ensure efficient production of products. Job Responsibilities Removes and installs machine components to ensure the safe and efficient operation of production equipment Troubleshoots all systems to determine causes of machine or equipment failure and recommends solutions for repair Collaborates with Machine Operators, Process Technicians, and Material Handlers to understand the nature of machine failures or component fabrication needs Records the details of machine malfunctions and the appropriate adjustments as required Conducts test runs of machine adjustments to ensure proper machine functionality and alignment with quality standards Maintains the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of maintenance equipment, tools and work areas Repairs building and grounds equipment, fixtures and tools as necessary to ensure the safety of all employees Performs preventative maintenance and inspections on facility equipment as scheduled Provides information to contractors regarding maintenance related functions Completes all required safety permits, assessments, and practices relating to assigned tasks Other duties may be assigned as needed Job Requirements Experience in crane and rigging operations Experience in hydraulic and schematic repairs Experience working with electrical 460vac and electrical schematics Forklift training and certification will be provided by company as necessary Lockout/Tag out authorized training provided Hot work training provided Ability to lift up to 40 lbs What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
