Lakeside Facility Services operates in the facility services industry, providing comprehensive cleaning and maintenance solutions for commercial spaces since 1999. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team in Cleveland. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our clients' facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics. Responsibilities Perform routine floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and buffing. Conduct carpet cleaning and maintenance to ensure optimal appearance. Maintain cleanliness in designated areas according to company standards. Operate floor care equipment safely and efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Assist with janitorial tasks as needed to support team efforts. Ensure compliance with environmental service protocols. Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in floor care and cleaning techniques. Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus. Knowledge of environmental service practices is preferred. We are currently seeking a floor tech in our expanding crew. To be considered, you must have a clean and valid driver's license and proven experience in carpet cleaning and floor care (buffing, scrubbing, strip and waxing). You will need to make yourself available for pre-employment drug testing. This is a very detailed cleaning position, and you must have experience to be considered. Daily duties will vary from project work to filling in as a cleaner for vacations, and absences.

Job Skills/Requirements :

Our crew will have a proven record of experience and longevity at previous employers. All candidates will have pre-employment drug screen and background check. This position requires you to have a valid and clean driving record and a minimum of one year floor care and or carpet care experience. The job is Monday thru Friday from 5pm to 1am but the hours could be extended based on the workload. We also require a minimum of one (1) Saturday per month for overtime.
