HANDYMAN / PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SUBCONTRACTOR

(AS-NEEDED BASIS) Heritage & Hearth Real Estate LLC is seeking a talented, dependable, and hard-working Handyman / Property Maintenance Subcontractor to join our team on an as-needed basis. We are a growing real estate investment company focused on acquiring, renovating, improving, and maintaining residential properties. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, works efficiently, and can help us keep our properties in excellent condition. What You'll Do The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of residential property maintenance, repair, and renovation projects, including: General handyman and home repairs Interior and exterior property maintenance Drywall repair and installation Painting and touch-ups Flooring installation and repairs Trim, doors, cabinets, and basic carpentry Plumbing repairs and fixture replacement Basic electrical repairs and fixture installation Kitchen and bathroom renovations Turnover and make-ready work between tenants Preparing properties for the rental market Preparing properties for sale Punch-list completion Property clean-up and improvement projects Identifying maintenance issues and recommending solutions Assisting with renovation and property improvement projects Completing projects professionally, safely, and on schedule What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Dependable and punctual Honest and trustworthy Highly motivated and hardworking Experienced in residential maintenance and renovations Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality workmanship Able to work independently with minimal supervision Able to accurately assess repair and maintenance needs Professional when interacting with tenants, vendors, and property owners Able to provide reasonable estimates for labor and materials Equipped with their own basic tools and transportation Responsive and able to communicate effectively Willing to handle both small repairs and larger renovation projects Licensed and insured contractors/subcontractors are strongly preferred, particularly for work requiring specialized licensing or permitting.
