This job posting is for a qualified Maintenance Technician to work with the maintenance team in our dairy production facility. Familiar with CMMS, SQF, HACCP, and GMP. This is a food production facility and previous experience in food production is a plus. Must be a team player! Maintenance is a critical part of both the quality and cost components and we need a someone that fits our environment. On call and weekend work are required periodically. Duties:

Allen Bradley PLC and automation troubleshooting skills. Sanitary TIG Welding - At least 2 Year Experience - For light repair and fabrication, not project related large scale welding. Repair of Cetrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps, motors and up to 480V electric. Experience with HTST, Separators, Silos, pumps, valves, motors, and CIP systems a plus. Experience with Reverse Osmosis and Cheese Vats a plus. Familiarity with SQF a plus. Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. Shift can vary. Plant generally works Monday - Friday with day shift maintenance, but maintenance downtime exists on Saturday and Sundays, so weekend work is a must. Occasional On call duty.
