Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to help maintain our properties, shop, warehouse, tools, and equipment. This position will be responsible for keeping our facilities and work areas clean, organized, safe, and in good working condition while assisting with a variety of maintenance and improvement projects. Responsibilities Maintain CCI properties, buildings, grounds, and common areas to ensure they remain clean, safe, organized, and well-maintained. Perform routine landscaping and grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning, and seasonal cleanup. Complete general maintenance and repairs around company properties and facilities. Perform painting, touch-ups, patching, and other basic building maintenance as needed. Keep the shop and warehouse clean, organized, and functioning efficiently. Organize and maintain company tools, equipment, materials, and supplies. Oversee tool and equipment inventory and ensure items are properly stored, maintained, and accounted for. Identify damaged, missing, or worn tools and equipment and communicate when repairs or replacements are needed. Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials, equipment, and supplies. Coordinate or assist with routine maintenance, service, and repairs with outside vendors when necessary. Support the CCI team with miscellaneous projects, repairs, and general labor as needed. Respond to maintenance needs and address issues in a timely manner. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Take ownership of assigned areas and projects and communicate any concerns or larger maintenance needs to management. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and take initiative General maintenance and repair skills Basic painting and drywall/patching skills Landscaping and groundskeeping experience Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to properly use, maintain, and organize tools and equipment Strong attention to detail Ability to identify maintenance issues and determine when repairs are needed Ability to safely lift, move, and organize materials and equipment Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Reliable and dependable Good communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and changing needs Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of tasks Ability to work well with others and support the CCI team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Construction, facilities, maintenance, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred At Creative Contracting, we believe the people behind the work are just as important as the work itself.
