Experienced Landscape Maintenance Technician Job Type:
Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday | Day Shift |
Overtime Opportunities Starting Pay:
$16-$20/hour

Up to $25/hour Position Overview BBSI is hiring an Experienced Landscape Maintenance Technician on behalf of an established local landscaping company. We are looking for someone with hands-on landscape maintenance experience who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and can confidently contribute as part of a professional landscaping crew. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity for someone looking for stability and the ability to grow with a company that values dependable, skilled employees. Responsibilities Perform routine landscape maintenance on residential and commercial properties Mow, edge, weed, trim, prune, and blow landscaped areas Properly trim and prune shrubs, bushes, and other plant material Operate professional landscape maintenance tools and equipment safely and efficiently Perform seasonal cleanups and general property maintenance Identify routine landscape maintenance needs while working on properties Assist with landscape improvement and construction projects as needed Maintain clean, professional-looking job sites Work independently and as part of a crew to complete scheduled work efficiently Follow established safety procedures and quality standards What We're Looking For Valid driver's license required Previous professional landscape maintenance experience
REQUIRED.
Hands-on experience with mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, and general landscape maintenance Familiarity with professional landscaping tools and equipment Knowledge of proper trimming and pruning practices preferred Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions Dependable with consistent attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work Willingness to assist with a variety of landscaping projects as needed Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $16-$20/hour, depending on experience Growth potential up to $25/hour based on demonstrated skills, performance, and reliability Full-time, year-round employment Monday-Friday day shift Overtime opportunities Paid training Paid vacation 401(k) with company matching Opportunity for continued growth and development Ideal Candidate You have previous hands-on landscaping experience and understand what goes into maintaining a professional-looking property.
