Maintenance Technician Position Available Area servicing: Gresham, Troutdale, Portland, Sandy, Estacada Nex Gen Construction LLC (NGC) has an immediate opening in a position performing repair and maintenance work. Position is full-time and paid hourly. Pay $22-$27/hr with room to grow.

Our Company:

NGC is a company that conducts projects ranging from remodel projects to repair and maintenance on residential buildings.

We help single family and multi family property owners maintain their rentals and are on call for maintenance work that arises during a unit's occupancy. We also perform rental turnovers once a rental unit becomes vacant. NGC is responsible for bringing these previously occupied units back to rent ready status for the next tenant. Additionally, we perform residential repairs as well as upgrade projects or remodels for homes. Together, our technicians wield over 30 years in the construction industry having performed hundreds of repairs, rental turnovers, upgrade and repair projects, as well as commercial tenant improvements and ADU remodels.

Your Responsibilities:

As a technician, you will be responsible for contributing to NGC projects and performing tasks necessary for project completion.

This will include the following:

General Labor | Carpentry | Painting | Drywall | Framing | Clean up | Demo work | Landscaping Troubleshooting residential repairs | Other miscellaneous tasks

Applicant Requirements:

Valid driver's license | Reliable transportation | Ability to lift 100 lbs to shoulder level Reliable forms of communication (phone, text, and email)
